The Matthew Lane Hobby Foundation, Inc. was established to honor the life and memory of Matthew Lane Hobby and to transform personal loss into purposeful action. Matthew was a gifted young musician and skateboarder whose creativity, kindness, and curiosity left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

Today, the Foundation works to advance mental health awareness and suicide prevention through education, resources, and community engagement. Our programs and initiatives are designed to foster resilience, encourage open conversation, reduce stigma, and strengthen connection for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.
