Week 14: Small Things Can Matter

It's easy to measure progress by the big things — what we finished, changed, solved, or accomplished.

But not every meaningful action has to be big.

Sometimes what we can manage today is one small thing: reaching out to someone, taking care of something we've been putting off, spending a few minutes outside, doing something kind, or tending to one of our own needs.

Small doesn't mean insignificant.

This week's coloring page is an invitation to slow down and remember that what we are able to do today can still have value — even when it doesn't feel like much.

Take your time, add some color, and give yourself permission to start small.

Coloring can provide a calming, creative opportunity for reflection and mindfulness. It is a supportive activity and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care.

These coloring pages are provided as supportive resources to encourage reflection, creativity, and conversation. They are not intended to replace professional mental health care, crisis intervention, or medical advice. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call 911, contact 988, or seek immediate assistance from a qualified professional.
